Lyzon — Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and the person who runs Lyzon. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Lyzon.
Lyzon is built and operated by Vishal Chauhan, an independent developer based in India ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
1. Who can use Lyzon
- You must be 18 or older. Lyzon is not for anyone younger, and we remove accounts we believe belong to someone under 18.
- You must be legally able to enter this agreement, and not be barred from using the service by any law that applies to you.
- One person, one account. Do not create an account for someone else, or a second account after one has been removed.
2. Your account
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure: whoever can receive the code can open your account. Everything you tell us must be true, including your age, gender, photos, and any school, college or workplace you add. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. How to behave
Lyzon is for meeting people respectfully. You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, bully, stalk, shame or pressure anyone, or send sexual content to someone who has not asked for it;
- pretend to be another person, or create a fake or misleading profile;
- share, screenshot, record, copy or forward another person's private photos, messages, calls or personal details without their permission, or try to get around the protections on them (such as view-once photos and watermarks);
- post anything illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit involving a minor, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- ask for or send money, run scams, promote products or services, or recruit people;
- collect other users' data, scrape the app, or use bots or automation;
- try to break, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the app or its servers, or avoid a suspension or ban.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post (your profile, photos, voice and messages). You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and show it as needed to run Lyzon for you and for the people you choose to share it with, and for as long as it is on the service. You promise you have the right to post it. We do not sell your content.
Messages are end-to-end encrypted and we cannot read them, as described in the Privacy Policy. Please remember that anyone you share something with could still save or copy it, whatever protections the app applies.
5. Safety and meeting people
- Verification badges show that we checked a document or selfie. They do not guarantee that a person is who they say or is safe.
- We do not run criminal-record or background checks. Take care when you share personal details and when you meet someone: choose a public place, tell a friend, and trust your instincts.
- You can block or report anyone from inside the app. In an emergency, contact the police (112 in India) before contacting us.
6. Moderation
We review reports and may remove content, warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, with or without notice where the situation is serious. If we act on your account you can ask us to look again at [email protected], quoting your profile ID. Our decision on a safety matter is final.
7. Leaving Lyzon
You can delete your account at any time from the app (Me, then Delete account). Your profile is hidden immediately and permanently erased after 15 days; signing in again within that time cancels the deletion. See how deletion works. We may keep limited records where the law requires or to keep others safe, as the Privacy Policy explains.
8. The service as it is
Lyzon is a new service provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it running and safe but cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or that you will find a match. We may change or stop features at any time.
9. Limits on our responsibility
Lyzon is a way to meet people; we are not a party to anything between users and are not responsible for what other users say or do, online or offline. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your dealings with other users. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited, or liability that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell you in the app if the change is significant. Using Lyzon after a change means you accept it.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve any problem informally. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute we cannot resolve that way.
12. Grievance Officer (India)
In line with Indian law, complaints about content or conduct on Lyzon can be sent to our Grievance Officer:
Vishal Chauhan

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
